This Champagne is created at the moment of bottling through a blend of red wine and our Cuvée Prestige. From this, we obtain a vibrant rosé.

BRUT 9 gr sugar/L

Limestone - Vignoble Bouzy 100%

Pinot Noir, Chardonnay

Blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay as first press or cuvée and red wine with Champagne appellation.

Minimum of 18 months in the cellar.

To the eyes : Lovely intense rosé robe, fine bubbles.

In the nose : Pretty notes of red fruit and strawberry.

In the mouth : Fruity, intense, generous.

Food pairing : Always excellent as an aperitif, and will easily go with any of your desserts or fresh fruit.
