The most famous of our Barbier Louvet Champagnes. This 100% Pinot Noir is a perfect reflection of our terroir. Available in Extra Brut and Demi Sec

BRUT 8 gr sugar/L

Chalky - clayey - Vignoble Tauxières-Mutry et Bouzy 99%.

Pinot Noir.

Production of 100% Pinot Noir. Blend of 30 to 40% of reserve wines, with the wine of the harvest.

Around 18 to 24 months in the cellar.

To the eyes : Beautiful golden robe, old gold.

In the nose : Engaging nose evoking fruit, ripe apple, yellow peach, dry fruit, apricot, toasted almond.

In the mouth : Generous and fleshy in the mouth, a full-bodied, fragrant brut, showing a pleasant rusticity. Good length in the mouth, typical of Pinot Noir.

Food pairing : For your aperitifs, poultry, veal, tagine, puff pastry, hard cheese.
