What sets our Blanc de Blancs apart is its very fine bubbles, and an exquisite attack in the mouth.

Manual harvest, 4000 kg press.
One marc = 4000 kg – 25.50 Hl

Chalky - Vignoble Trépail 95%

Chardonnay

Production of 100% first juice Chardonnay (the cuvée).
Blending of 30 - 40% of reserve wines.

Minimum of 18 months in the cellar.

To the eyes : Its colour is a very light yellow, with mousse cream and very fine bubbles.

In the nose : Very fresh nose, beautiful citrus notes, white flower

In the mouth : A lovely attack, very invigorating, zingy sensation, citrus fruits, slight minerality, beautiful length in the mouth.

Food pairing : We naturally recommend it as an aperitif.
Also ideal with oysters, fish and seafood
